Please train your staff to be at least kind if they can’t be nice to shoppers, the woman at self check out on 08/16 at 5:50 pm got mad at me because I couldn’t hear what she was saying when I asked a question and helped me with a very rude attitude. It’s not my problem that she has a very low voice. I give 2 stars because the woman that actually helped me was nice and kind.

Great meat department they offer a variety of different meat selections at a reasonable price. Store was clean and everyone very helpful and knowledgeable. Only confusing part is you have to read the sale signs they do alot of sales where you have to buy multiple items to get sale price

I have been a loyal, weekly shopper at this Tony’s location, routinely spending $150 to $200 per visit. Unfortunately, after my recent experience with management and customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Tony's ran a promotion for $20 off a $100 purchase if you clipped the digital coupon and shopped by July 3rd. I did exactly that, spending well over the required amount. However, the system only deducted a $5 coupon instead of the $20 promotion. Because the store was near closing and nobody answered the phone when I noticed, I went to customer service the very next day, as I needed to finish my weekly shopping anyway. The customer service representative and the manager showed a complete disregard for customer loyalty. They repeatedly told me the deal "expired yesterday," completely ignoring the fact that I shopped on the day of the promotion. Even though I presented clear evidence, the receipt showing I spent over $150 on July 3rd and a screenshot of the clipped digital promotion, the manager claimed nothing could be done because the promotion was over. Worse yet, the manager actually argued that they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the physical groc

Thank you to the new manager for working towards re-establishing cleaner store, fresh produce, and overall better quality. I had minimised my shopping at this store about a year ago due to the decline in quality and overall poor management. However, since few months ago, I began to notice improvements in all departments and increased my shopping frequency. I hope that the manager and team will continue to make and maintain improvements. Giving a well earned 5 star because each shopping trip at this Tony’s for the past few months has been a good experience and I appreciate the effort being made to bring back the quality and standards that I was used to before the decline. Please keep up the great work!

Going there a lot, but recently had a bad experience. Bought 2 pomegranate, both was rotted inside. Goes to garbage. And very dissapointed of the meat, it says rebye, but it is not. Very hard, honestly stopped to buy meat there at all. Hope they will have some kind of revisors there to check everything. Not even saying about expired goods.
